About
Who I am and how I lead.
Engineering leader who combines hands-on cloud and SRE experience with people management and service delivery. I went from co-leading an open-source project used by hundreds to leading engineering teams at Avature, one of the largest enterprise HR platforms in the world. My path, which started as a Cloud Engineer and continued into leading two Engineering teams, gave me a rare mix: I understand what it takes to keep systems running reliably, and I know how to build and grow the teams that do it.
Leadership Philosophy
I lead with approachability, humility, and a strong sense of autonomy. I consider myself a servant leader: my first instinct is to take on my team's blockers and make sure they have what they need to move forward. My value isn't in being the most technically knowledgeable person, but in empowering those who are, creating the right environment for them to do their best work, keeping them motivated, and supporting the career path each one chooses. Proactivity and autonomy led me to lead teams quickly; today I'm working on strengthening my strategic vision to keep growing as a leader.
